So naturally, the impact of these pressures’ along with the continual uncertainty of life has caused us all feelings of anxiety and worry.  But remember it’s ok not to be ok right now and we are all in this together.

So, taking care of our mental health and general well-being is important, especially right now.

1. Let’s take stock of how you feel

2. Organise one thing at a time

Write down things you want to clear that week whether it’s a task, emotional issues, a job, work issue or family issues – focus on that one thing and most importantly stick to it.
